A small masterpiece of simplicity pushed to the limits. The beer has a classic look with its straw-yellow, limpid color; canonical head that is white, fine, compact and persistent, resembling fresh whipped cream. The aromas are herbal and flora, with notes of fine German hops that mix well with those of bread and wild mountain honey, malts and a sensation of white fruit. It immediately evokes freshness and a sensation of thirst that must be satisfied quickly.
The mouthfeel is equally convincing with its lithe body that underscores its drinkability, while the flavors are not overpowering. In fact, the sweetness of malt and the bitterness of the hops intermingle sweetly towards a dry finish with a lingering and clean bitterness that is never over the top but has a lovely character as the herbal after-aroma opens with sufficient persistence to last until the next sip.
