Sorbara zen
Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri are the third-generation of winemakers who have been here in this area considered the heart of the Lambrusco Sorbara appellation since 1926. The estate’s 15 hectares of vineyards are cultivated with maniacal care and their grapes made into unmistakable, austere and rarefied wines of unquestionable charm.
