No so Petit…
Julien Baillard is a sizeable family estate in Chablis that has 24 hectares of vineyards including several Premier Cru Chablis ones – Montmains, Vaillons, and Montée de Tonnerre – and three Chablis Grand Cru – Bougros, Blanchot and Preuse. Their Chablis is bold, dry, and chalky and has a distinct personality thanks to a winemaking method that seems tailor-made to exalt the particular terroir.
