Fresh and bubbly
Vintage 2014 seemed not to be a good one for the whole zone, including Ariola, however, here the average altitude of the Parmense Hills, the perfect drainage of the soil and the significant temperature variations allowed for the production of elegant wines with intriguing bouquets. None stood out for concentration but the results surpassed expectations.
