Simple and pleasant, the Soave Classico 2015 by Coffele is a wine you don't want to miss.
This 17th century winery in the center of Soave and has been run with passion generation after generation. It is run by Alberto Coffele who today works alongside his children Chiara and Giuseppe. The vineyards are in Castelcerino, on the hills north of Soave, and are cultivated with Garganega as well as Trebbiano di Soave and some international varieties. With the acquisition of vineyards in Valpolicella, the estate has been able to enrich its line of products.
