Citrusy Cerasuolo
Do not let the location of Domenico Pasetti’s winery fool you because even if its headquarters are in Francavilla al Mare, a seaside resort outside Pescara, the vineyards are between Val Tirino and the upper Aterno-Pescara River, between the Gran Sasso and Majella massifs. Here temperatures differ greatly between day and night during harvest and many of the vines are situated at a high altitude, including in the town of Pescosansonesco in the Monti Vestini.
