A balanced and gentle wine, fresh and savory that exhalts the characteristics of the Verdeca grape variety: Bolina 2016 Rosa del Golfo.
The name of the estate, Rose of the Gulf, is a clear indication of the wine the estate makes and where it is located. In fact, they produce excellent rosé wines using native grapes grown near the Gulf of Gallipoli, in the heart of Salento.
The Calò family naturally does not limit itself to making rosé but it is their leading product, often with results that defining them as good would be a gross understatement.
