Raggiolo Felsina, great Monovarietal Intense Fruity EVO Oil

The destoned Raggiolo EVO Oil from organic farming demonstrates how much the olive oil production has increased in Felsina, a well known Chianti Classico winery.
Felsina, an important trademark of Tuscan wine-growing, is also improving the quality of its extra virgin olive oil, so that it deserves the prize for "The Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monovarietal - Intense Fruity" in the Flos Olei guide.
In this large estate on the border between Chianti Classico and Crete Senesi, there are 116 hectares with 10,406 trees planted in three different areas according to each cultivar. In the last harvest 408 quintals of olives and almost 47 hectolitres of oil were produced.
There are two Extra Virgin Felsina - Denocciolato, Leccino and the excellent Raggiolo from Organic Farming.
