Direct control on Bianchera

Another positive result, which shows a constant growth, for Parovel, whose name recalls an old tradition: in fact this family has been producing wine and extra virgin olive oil for four generations and Pietro Parovel already exported his produce to Austria at the end of the 19th century.
Today the farm is run by Euro and Elena, who have 4,000 trees on a surface of 15 hectares. The pressing takes place in their own oil mill with direct control over the olives and processing.
In the last harvest 140 quintals of olives were produced and 800 purchased, with a yield of 131 hectoliters of oil.
