Coevo Monocultivar Ravece from Case d’Alto
Coevo Monocultivar Ravece is an EVO oil produced on the hills around Flumeri (AV) at an altitude of 500 meters asl: an ideal location.
After a good debut, an even better result for Case d'Alto. Situated in Carpignano, it was founded in 2011 by Claudio De Luca with the aim of creating excellent products, strongly tied to their territory: extra virgin olive oil and Taurasi wine. The olive groves cover a surface of 5 hectares with 1,500 trees. In the last harvest 200 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of 15 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil. There are two Extra Virgin selections Coevo, the "basic" and the very good Monocultivar Ravece.
