Capùnto, the leader of the oilmill

Another high level performance for Oliviera Sant'Andrea, near Rapolano Terme, famous for its healing waters. This interesting and promising oil farm, founded in 1977, extends over 54 hectares of specialized surface with 22,000 trees and a modern continuous cycle extraction system. The farm belongs to Enrico and Enzo Giganti, who produced 1,500 quintals of olives in the last harvest, which allowed a yield of 210 hectoliters of extra virgin olive oil.
