Wine and Hotel de Charme
This historic estate is situated around the ancient 12th century hamlet Borgo Tre Rose that has a tower that looks out over the countryside. The hamlet was restored to become a country ‘hotel de charme’ and the surrounding vineyards produce a series of territorial wines that, according to a precise style, age in large oak barrels and barrique.
The main wine is Simposio, a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, produced with only Sangiovese grapes from the historic vineyards. Vintage 2010 is very convincing.
