A very particular rosé made from Cannonau grapes from old vines: Tziu Simone 2016 Francesco Cadinu.
Francesco Cadinu is one of the more interesting producers who are part of the Mamoiada nouvelle vague in the province of Nuoro. The old and very old vines are cared for with great attention and passion by this small family estate. Although they produce only a few thousand bottles, these are rightfully being sought out by many wine lovers.
