The small estate of Manuela Zardo and Leon Zwecker is a recent reality in the area of Orvieto. Here they produce only top quality wines the grapes for which grow in a sandy, volcanic soil with the nicely ventilated vineyards enjoying a good exposure sitting at an altitude of 450m above sea level. All the work in the vineyard is done by hand to respect the environment. The winery is modern and innovative while the suggestive cellar used for aging was carved out of tuff stone an recalls an Etruscan tomb.
