The modern face of Vernaccia
This young estate has a solid winemaking foundation with vineyards that have excellent exposures and are cultivated with great care. The Logi brothers produce modern Vernaccia. The fermentation procedure is innovative, the use of wood is very limited with the Riserva and the technical staff is excellent and benefits from the contribution of the talented Caciornia who has added an Alto Adige touch. The new winery, practically completed, has allowed them to take further steps forward. Research on the use of new yeasts will result in a new wine which could be defined as ancestral.
