Sweet Balance
Roberto and Maurizio Bisconte have run this small five-hectare estate since 1999. Its family gem is without a doubt their Moscato Passito al Governo di Saracena while they also produce a Passito made with only Moscato Bianco that is very interesting. Donna Marianna is a wine
that they describe as “from a bygone era” when red and wine grapes were fermented together. The estate practices biodynamic methods and its wines are authentic and full of character.
