Pride and tenacity

Musina di Orgosolo is a winemaker of few words and a subtle sense of humor. Like many Sardinians, he travelled the world to then return to his land and cultivate his family’s vineyards. They are old, alberello-trained vines of Cannonau grapes that grow in a sandy soil and are cared for with love and respect for nature. He has adopted a biodynamic approach and uses no sulfur.
The estate is small and its just-over two hectares of vineyards produce some 9,000 bottles a year and two types of wine. These are essential and juicy wines, surprisingly well-made considering the winery still does not have electricity. Above all they have undeniable character and charm.
