Ones does not live on Carignano alone
Cantina Giba is located in Sulcis, one of the best and most beautiful winegrowing areas of Sardinia where mining was once the chief activity but now has disappeared. Here the great Mediterranean red grape Carignano is the undisputed leading variety but Vincenzo Aru and his estate are out to prove that here even great whites can be produced and their Vermentino 2015 is a shining example.
