Noelia Ricci and its tantalizing Trebbiano Brò

Brò is the ‘third beast’ from the small Noelia Ricci estate in Predappio, Emilia Romagna, which is an offshoot of the larger Tenuta Pandolfa estate and planted with a selection of vines from the mother estate. After the ‘wasp’- a lithe, juicy and drinkable Sangiovese, and the ‘monkey’– a more structured and profound Sangiovese, the estate’s winery chief Marco Cirese has added a new wine to their lineup, the Trebbiano Brò.

Once again the label is beautiful this time using the image of a ‘whale’ and marine colors that appear to make it demand to be paired with seafood, even better if consumed at a table overlooking the sea.
