This is not an elitist wine but a convincing one which may not be for every day but can easily be a wine to enjoy at least once a week. It is produced by a lovely estate, Castello di Corbara, situated in the vast Orvieto DOC district, owned by Fernando and Daniele Patrizi, well-known Roman entrepreneurs.
