The Cantele winery in Guagnano is less than 40 years old but for some time now it has been a leading force in Salento winemaking. This thanks to its founders Giovan Battista and Teresa and, today, their grandchildren and heirs, first among them Gianni Cantele who is responsible for the technical side of winemaking.
