Vallisassoli’s 33/33/33 white wine

33/33/33 is a blend of three native varietals of the Campania region: Fiano, Greco and Coda di Volpe, which are cultivated to be biodynamic by Paolo Clemente at his Vallisassoli estate.
Paolo Clemente is the owner-operator of the small Vallisassoli estate in San Martino Valle Caudina in the province of Avellino. Here he produces just one wine made from Greco, Fiano and Coda di Volpe grapes.
His vineyard is about a hectare in size with 30-year-old vines that are trained using the traditional pergola Avellinese method. On the advice of enologist Maurizio De Simone, the varieties are vinified separately and then blended later.
Biodynamic methods are observed in both the vineyard and the winery and production today is only 2,000 bottles.
