Pinot Bianco Sanct Valentin, rich and agile

From 2001 the Pinot Bianco is part of the top line Sanct Valentin of San Michele Appiano winery, and it is really a great wine.
If Alto Adige wines are now known and respected throughout the world much of the credit goes to this estate and its historic kellermeister Hans Terzer. This is where the revolution began to uproot winemaking traditions that were outdated and provided little income for producers.
The large cooperative does not just rest on its laurels and keeps up with the times and every year presents of full range of excellent products made with all the grape varieties typical to Alto Adige. Few wineries in Italy are as solid and unique as this one.
Since 2014 Hans Terzer officially retired but he didn’t just walk away.
