The Cavicchioli family winery is a small gem. Specializing in the production of traditional method bubbly, which is uncommon given the area’s vocation for traditional wines, has allowed it to a leader in the trend that is developing in the classic area of Lambrusco. Over the years, their experimentation have allowed them to achieve a quality that was unthinkable in the past.
