    Made in stainless steel from only Zibibbo grapes, this has a very lively amber-yellow color of medium intensity. The bouquet opens with distinct scents of dried apricot, walnut and dried figs, accompanied by notes of wildflower honey and sage. The attack of the mouthfeel is sweet and silky with a robust body. A refreshing acidity and pronounced salinity create a perfect balance with the sugar component and usher in a long and elegant finish.
