A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% chardonnay which is made in stainless steel, sits 60 months on the lees and has no dosage. The color is a luminous, straw-yellow with a fine effervescence. The aroma is fresh with scents of gorse and Melissa, white peach and crunchy pear pulp, bread crust and linden honey. The mouthfeel is full and dynamic with a nice acidity and length.
