Fermented in steel and aging 5-7 months on the lees, this wine has a straw-yellow color with golden and lucent reflections. The aromas are intense with refreshing mineral scents and those of garden vegetables with tomato leaf and mountain herbs stand out over those of apple, white peach and gorse. The mouthfeel is soft and nicely structured, in balance with an excellent salinity and freshness. The vegetal nuances linger in the aftertaste.
