Vorberg Pinot Bianco 1999

An almost foregone performance by this historic winery which is a symbol for its ability, recognized worldwide, to produce great white wines that age well. It also stands out for its extraordinary price/quality ratio. This 1999 Vorberg, even if it was not a great year for Terlano, is a very elegant wine, taut and bold, but less balanced than I would have expected. It has an intense straw-yellow color, the bouquet is compact, with ripe fruits and yellow apples, flowers, beeswax. It is slightly spicy, creamy to the palate, very fresh and mineral.
