The hot year is evident in the notes of white peach and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is full-bodied, tasty and slightly drawn. While it may lack the dynamism and energy of better vintages, it is nevertheless long and elegant. It is also a bit broad and a bit ‘soiled’ by light buttery notes.
