Vorberg 2002

This was the first vintage produced by Rudi Kofler and the first to come out as a Riserva. The talented Rudi was lucky because 2002 was a particularly good year for whites in Alto Adige. The nose has a delicate fruit note along with those of white pepper and pink grapefruit. The mouthfeel is voluptuous, pulpy and very fresh with iodine notes and an amazing elegance. The progression is decided but harmonious and slightly tannic, while the finish is deep with a superior finesse.
