Here we start getting into the really older vintages, in this case one that is 26 years old. The nose is an explosion of elder, mint, anise and yellow peach chasing notes of iodine. The mouthfeel is outstanding for its elegance and explosive energy. The crunchy fruit, salt and iodine note betray an embarrassing youth that was already evident with the green reflections in its color.
