Made from 90% Malvasia and 10% Trebbiano grapes that dry naturally for around 120 says. The wine matures in oak and chestnut kegs for six years. It has a bold and luminous golden color and delicious notes of orange and peach blossom that accompany those of acacia honey before peaking with scents of overripe apricot and, with breathing, dried figs. The mouthfeel is decidedly sweet, very soft and balanced by a pronounced acidity that leads to a superlative intense aromatic persistence. *375ml bottles.
