A blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard that has a bold, golden-yellow color. The most evident notes in the bouquet are those of medicinal and aromatic herbs, including thyme and oregano, while the unusual vegetal sensations evolve into distinct ones of acacia honey with breathing. The sugar concentration in the mouthfeel is decidedly high but the wine is easy to drink because this is counterbalanced by the iodine and saline sensations. *375ml bottles.
