Villa Gemma Rosato 2011

This is a vernal and fragrant wine made by one of the most famous and prestigious wineries in Abruzzo, renowned for their red wines. It is a delicious rosé made from Montepulciano grapes which has an intense, coral-pink color, aromas of cherry and raspberry and a rich, warm mouthfeel with a good structure nicely balanced by a refreshing acidity.
Serve at 12°C and pair with eggplant parmesan, ratatouille or fish strew in tomato sauce.
