    Made from Ribona grapes and matured in part in stainless steel and in part on the lees in large barrels. The color is a distinct yet nervous mustard-yellow and the bouquet has notes of cream, fennel, beeswax and a touch of metal. The mouthfeel exhibits all the varietal’s austerity but lacks a tad of dynamism. The finish is long and bitterish. On sale beginning in November 2018.
