Made from Ribona grapes and matured in part in stainless steel and in part on the lees in large barrels. The wine has a golden, straw color with mustard-yellow reflections and scents of sweet almond, fern and cream. The mouthfeel is extremely responsive and flavorful with a salty finish and notes of cream and bicarbonate and it is truly persistent. A great white wine.
