    Villa Calcinaia is also in Greve in Chianti and is the ancient estate of the Cappoini counts.
    The color is a clear ruby and the bouquet plays on dark toasted notes, coffee powder, spice and hay. There is some evident wood and the flavor is tasty and full of matter and while the acidity is great, it is a bit monotonous.
