A blend of 90% Sangiovese-Prugnolo Gentile, 5% Canaiolo Nero and 5% Mammolo that ages in 500l tonneau barrels made from French oak of different origins (Allier and Vosges) for 40-44 months. The wine has a ruby color that leans towards garnet and a classic bouquet with notes of cherry, peach and some scents of herbs and tobacco. The flavorful mouthfeel has great elegance with relaxed tannins, a nice acidity and a progression with light notes that are in no way muscular. The finish is tasty with a return of Mediterranean herbs and flowers.
