The grapes for this wine are grown on the slopes of Monte San Vicino with a wonderful western exposure. The vinification is done under scrupulously controlled temperature and this produces an exemplary Verdicchio which I made sure that I did not drink too much of. This vintage has a very clear color, the taste is subtle, slender and fresh. Overall it is very pleasing but not that uplifting. The nose, on the other hand, is much more pronounced and equally fresh.
