A blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Colorino that has aged 12 months in wood barrels. The color is a classic Sangiovese transparent ruby only a little bolder. It has a two-track bouquet, one of ripe red fruit and the other with a nice balsamic component. The mouthfeel is clean, lively and intense with the softness of a sunny Sangiovese thanks to its lovely tannins. The finish is long and elegant.
