This wine will hit the markets in December but I was allowed to taste it now since it has already spent ample time in the bottle. The color is an average straw-yellow, not exactly bright. It has an Alto Adige aroma, very fresh, with yellow peach, rosemary, white truffle, quite nice. The attack is very fresh, extremely tasty, with the fruit enhanced by a touch of sweetness. It has a superior backbone, an uncontrollable energy. So much flavor and so much juice in a body that remains, however, quite broad. A great wine, too fruity at the moment, that in the coming months will surely offer better nuances. The finish is quite juicy. Already now you perceive what will be the common thread throughout this tasting: a German temperament within an almost 'Mediterranean' structure.
