The color is already an indication that this is a bit heavy and evolved and even the aroma has a hint of oxidation. Beneath this the bouquet has an inebriating scent of acacia honey along with talcum, fern, nettle, vanilla and some alcohol. The mouthfeel, however, is like the others with all that energy without any structural excess. It appears the fruit does not hold up with time as much as the acidic structure. Then again, perhaps it was just that this vintage aged quickly. It is impossible to tell with so few vintages to compare.
