Vivallis, formerly Vallis Agri, was set up in 1908 in Nogaredo (TN). It is one of the oldest cooperative wineries in Trentino and the only one to obtain recognition that the grapes of its members, winemaking methods, bottling and sales conform to Uni En Iso 9001:2008 regulations. This wine is fermented in steel and stays on the lees for six months. In the glass it has a soft, straw-yellow color and a pleasing bouquet of sensations that recall summer fruit, peach and plum, sage, jasmine and a note of fresh mountain grass. The mouthfeel is pleasingly fresh and tasty and invites further sips.
