The characteristics of the fruit are still very evident, without excessive oxidized notes, with an intense aroma of candied pineapple, apricot in syrup, walnut and myrtle leaf, along with a distinct ethereal note of alcohol and an evolved background of barley and baked goods. During production fermentation is blocked by the addition of alcohol. The mouthfeel is dry and wrapping with a nice freshness and pleasing persistence. Residual sugar: 70g/l.
