A very dark garnet color, slightly veiled and not bright. The bouquet is open, with clean secondary scents (nut, anchovy, tamarid, coffee, not much fruit) while the flavor is decisive and full at the start, before easing, becoming tasty on secondary notes, with very subtle tannins and a finish that is a little short. It seems older than it is and is not infinite but it is still a wine of great character. Don't wait to drink it.
