A Sangiovese with a small addition of Merlot that ages in barriques. It has a ruby-garnet color and a floral bouquet of violets and wild flowers together with a smoky note, a vegetal hint and a touch of cumin. The mouthfeel is quite fresh, sharp and upheld by an intriguing acidic streak and polished tannins. The acidity remains through the finish enhancing its drinkability.
