    A wine made with grapes from the estate’s oldest vines that grow at the feet of the extinct Roccamonfina volcano. It has a lovely, golden-yellow color and aromas that recall apricot, dog rose, moss and mint. The flavor is delicately saline making it surprisingly drinkable with its fresh, long, subtle and persistent mouthfeel.
