Vettori Brut

The Vettori winery, the vineyards of which were totally renovated in 1990, is only 8km from Conegliano Veneto. Some 30,000 bottles of this 100% Gera Brut are made a year. The color is a luminous straw-yellow with a creamy bead. The aroma has scents of yellow peach, pear, Annurca apple, medlar, citrus tones and a wrapping floral bouquet of white rose and wisteria. The mouthfeel is elegant with a nice softness and a sugar residue that is less pronounced yet nicely upheld by freshness and a bit of zest. A genteel vivacity supports a fruity finish.
