This lovely Sauvignon Blanc is vinified in steel and made with grapes from the area of Roveré della Luna, on the border with Alto Adige. It has a bright, pale golden color. The bouquet is typical with scents of gooseberry, elder and boxwood. The flavor is delicate, fresh, agile and extremely pleasing. Serve at 10°C, good with shellfish, even raw, or an asparagus risotto.
