Vernaccia di San Gimignano Docg Tradizionale 2010

A great classic, an unmistakeable style with an aroma based on a floral bouquet: gorse, daisy, camomile, lavender and event a hint of hibiscus. The taste is excellent both for its substance and its lovely balance, the result of  an intense acidity that is always present but never interferes, allowing for a very impressive secondary flavor. The finish is of a rare complexity and persistence with an excellent aftertaste.
